Getting hereWhen to arrive
15 minutes before the time on your ticket. The ticket time is when the tour starts, not when to arrive.
Where to start your visit
The main entrance is under the domes, on the car park side. There are maps on site, and reception will point the way.
Parking and getting here
Parking at the venue, right next to the A4 motorway, is included in the ticket price.
Route and transportAccessibility
Two of the attractions are reached by stairs, so the route for visitors with reduced mobility is shorter. Seating is limited; priority goes to people with disabilities, older visitors and pregnant women.
Tickets and entry
For a reduced ticket, bring a valid document, as eligibility may be checked at the entrance. There is no cloakroom or luggage storage on site.
Bistro and a break
Take a break at Bistro pod Kopułami: open daily 11:00–18:00, no ticket needed.
